Healthy no shortcuts, no store box cakes! Dubai bite balls with dates, pistachio cream and chocolate
Who would want to eat those cute-looking but honestly kinda gross cake pops??! I grabbed a pack the other day (just to inspect and confirm my assumptions). No one even wanted a second bite. Not even the 5-year-old 😬
Sure, they might sell like crazy and fly off the shelves, but I’d never make, sell, or buy them!
Here’s my take instead—with dates, pistachio cream, and chocolate. Simple, delicious, and super tasty!

Never judge a loaf by its crust!
Two blueberry lemon sourdoughs, side by side.
Most people would probably skip over the one with the lower rise—assuming it didn’t quite make the cut. But here’s the lesson: don’t judge a loaf by its crust.
This ‘underdog’ loaf has an incredibly tender crumb, bursting with juicy blueberries and the perfect kiss of lemon. It’s proof that beauty in bread (and in life) isn’t always about the tallest rise or the most dramatic look.
Sometimes, the quieter ones surprise you with the most flavor.”
The beautiful one is waiting to be picked up so no crust just assumption it’s even more delicious than the other one… if it’s possible 😉
